Philatelic sheet issued on 3/10/1997 in Uganda, a country in East Africa, to celebrate the Championships 1998 French Football World Cup. It consists of nine stamps worth 250.00 Ugandan Shillings each. The one in the top left corner is dedicated to Paolo Rossi in a blue jersey, depicted during the 1982 Spanish World Cup Final. The frame in question is identical to the one on the sheet commemorative sheet from the Maldives, but of more narrower view. Compared to other specimens reproducing the same game action, the framing is oriented in the correct direction and not to the "negative". The sheet is dedicated to the greatest scorers of the World Cup and, in addition to the champion from Prato, the stamps that composing it are dedicated to Mario Kempes, Gerd Muller, Grzegorz Lato, Ademir, Eusebio, Salvatore Schillaci, Leonidas and Gary Lineker.
